At Armada Freight, becoming an owner-operator starts with our lease-to-purchase program. We do not hire drivers who already own their trucks – instead, we help you become a skilled, reliable one through our program.
You’ll run with us, supported fully, as you work toward ownership. When your lease is complete, the truck is yours. Until then, you keep 88% of the load and enjoy the freedom and respect of being on your own path.

Driver Requirements
To join Armada Freight, all of our future drivers must have:
A valid Class A CDL
At least 2 years of experience
Ability to maintain ELD logs
Strong time management for pickups and deliveries
